2. Products
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, colours and specifications are accurate. However, colours may vary slightly depending on screen settings and photography.
As our products are made to order, slight variations in print placement, embroidery and garment finish may occur.
3. Orders
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance of your order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where:
- Payment cannot be authorised.
- Product information contains an error.
- Fraudulent activity is suspected.
- Products are unavailable.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£).
Luna Bear is not currently registered for VAT and therefore VAT is not charged on customer orders.
Payment is taken securely through Stripe. We do not store or have access to your payment card details.
5. Production and Delivery
All products are made to order.
Typical production times are 3–5 working days, although this may vary during busy periods.
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

6. Returns and Refunds
As our products are made to order specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selection
- Orders placed in error
This does not affect your statutory rights.
If your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

7. Product Sizing
Customers are responsible for reviewing sizing information before placing an order.
