Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photographs where applicable
We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Made-to-Order Products
Because Luna Bear products are made to order specifically for you, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection or orders placed in error. This does not affect your statutory rights where products are faulty, damaged or not as described.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the size guide before ordering. If you are between sizes, we recommend checking the garment measurements provided on the product page.
